Clubs obtained elsewhere are not eligible.
Clubs must be returned within 30 days if exchanging for another $20 club.

We are not a walk-in retail store — all purchases are completed through the website. Local customers can choose curbside pickup by appointment, and we also offer fast Canada-wide shipping so golfers anywhere in the country can order with confidence.
Every club on our site is individually inspected, photographed, and accurately described so you know exactly what you’re getting — no stock photos and no surprises.
We believe buying used clubs shouldn’t feel risky. That’s why we offer trade-ins, scheduled pickup, and our $20 Club upgrade program so golfers can start playing today and upgrade whenever they’re ready.

Delivery & Pickup
Canada-Wide Shipping
We ship pre-owned golf equipment across Canada.
Every club is individually inspected, photographed and securely packaged — the club you see online is the exact club you’ll receive. Orders are usually packed within 1 business day, and tracking information is emailed once shipped.
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $150. Shipping costs for orders under $150 are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and order.
Local Delivery (Ottawa Area)
Ottawa-area customers can select Local Delivery at checkout. Orders are typically delivered within 2 business days. Weekday deliveries take place between 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM, and weekend deliveries are scheduled between 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM for your convenience.
We offer Free Local Delivery on orders over $30. Orders under $30 are delivered for a flat rate of $5.
Curbside Pickup (By Appointment)
Prefer to pick it up? Select Curbside Pickup at checkout and choose your preferred pickup time. Orders will be prepared in advance and ready when you arrive at our Barrhaven location.
Pickup Location
Capital Golf Exchange operates as an online store, not a walk-in retail shop.
After placing your order online and selecting Curbside Pickup, you will automatically receive instructions to schedule a pickup appointment.
This allows us to prepare your clubs and have them ready when you arrive.
For safety and availability reasons, please do not visit the address without a confirmed appointment, as we may not be available to assist you.
