How can I pay for my item?
You can purchase via PayPal Credit Card, Apple Pay or Google pay through our online store.
Do orders get processed right away?
All orders take 24 hours to process before they are shipped. Orders are only processed from Monday to Friday. All orders placed after 1:00pm on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday. If there are any delays you will be contacted by email.
Will sales taxes be applied?
Applicable Sales taxes will apply.
How can I track my orders?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
If I do not receive my order who can I call?
Please contact our customer service and one of our agents will gladly assist you.
I received my item but it does not meet my expectations?
All our items come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Our goal is to provide the best in customer relations. If you decide that the golf equipment you purchased is not what you expected you have thirty days to return it, hassle free! We can either exchange it or issue a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless it was a error made by Capital Golf Exchange.

Do you sell fake brands?
Absolutely not. If for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase within 30 days you can return them for a full refund. If you later discover the clubs you purchased are not authentic, we will offer you a full refund regardless of when you purchased them as long as there is evidence that questions their authenticity.
